org, is a newly built and opened private nonprofit retreat in Bailey, CO.
We are nimble, engaging, inclusive and our goal is to create an inspiring environment to nurture and challenge education leaders so they have the imagination and stamina to transform public education.
We are located 40 minutes from Denver right on highway 285.
Our campus serves up to 60 guests and we are at 8,500 feet in elevation.

Food provided Relaxed atmosphere Company perks Stunning mountainside environment Excellent benefits for our full time teams Four 10 hour shifts is our goal to give you more time to play Knowing you are truly a part of something bigger Our Event and Banquet attendant interacts with our guests to ensure their needs are met.
They serve and maintain the food items in the dining areas.
During service they will also ensure areas remain clean.
Our spaces are built for a buffet like experience.
Event attendants must have an outgoing personality as they will be the groups point of contact for the guests while they are in our event spaces.
In addition to ensuring there food is served, our events team helps ensure the have any meeting materials they need and create ambiance by setting music, turning on fire pits and serving up nightly s'mores.
Also our event team gets to have fun and lead event activities like hiking, snow tubing, karaoke, etc.
